At Collaborative Counseling, we believe in the power of personal growth. Our mission is to provide compassionate counseling services that empower individuals to embrace change and discover their true selves through supportive, trauma-informed counseling, including EMDR therapy and virtual therapy services.

I believe healing begins with connection — to ourselves, to others, and to the parts of our story that have been too painful to face alone.

As a therapist, I specialize in trauma recovery, EMDR therapy, and emotional healing for adults who want to move beyond surviving and begin truly living. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns of pain, anxiety, or self-doubt. Together, we create a safe space to slow down, listen deeply, and begin the process of restoring balance and self-trust.

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting what happened — it means learning to hold your experiences with tenderness and strength, integrating them into a life that feels more whole.

Your first session with our compassionate counseling services starts with a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment. This assessment is designed to give us a complete understanding of who you are and what brings you to therapy. More than just an intake, it’s a thoughtful conversation where we delve into your story, strengths, and healing goals, which may include options such as EMDR therapy or our convenient virtual therapy services.

We believe that our compassionate counseling services are most effective when they foster collaboration. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals, pace, and lifestyle. Whether you prefer EMDR therapy, weekly, biweekly, or intensive sessions, our virtual therapy services are designed to provide the right level of support to meet your needs.

10 Week EMDR-Intensive Program

$1500 for package

Over the course of ten weeks, you’ll participate in guided sessions that integrate EMDR therapy with other trauma-informed techniques, all provided through our compassionate counseling services. Each week builds upon the last, allowing your brain and body to safely process painful memories. This intensive approach enables you to work deeply and consistently, creating space to address trauma, anxiety, grief, or painful life patterns. Furthermore, you will develop tools for emotional regulation and self-compassion, all accessible through our virtual therapy services.

The cost of counseling services at Collaborative Counseling varies depending on the type of service you need. Please view the services section for fees.


Collaborative Counseling Services can help you with a wide range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, stress management, and more. Our therapists will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs and goals.


If you’ve experienced trauma, or ongoing emotional pain and are ready for change, therapy can be a meaningful step toward healing. You don’t have to have everything figured out — therapy is a space to explore, process, and grow at your own pace.


Yes. Your privacy and trust are essential. Everything shared in therapy is kept confidential, with a few legal exceptions (such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law). We take your confidentiality seriously and adhere to all professional ethical standards.


We are an out-of-network provider. This means clients pay for sessions at the time of service and may submit receipts for potential reimbursement from their insurance provider. We’re happy to provide a superbill upon request to make the process easier.

Yes. We offer a secure online sessions for your convenience. Virtual therapy can be especially helpful if you’re balancing work, family, or health concerns and prefer to meet from the comfort of your home.


The frequency of counseling sessions with Collaborative Counseling will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly, monthly or our intensive therapy program.


Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you have. You’ll also learn more about the therapy process and how we can best work together. There’s no pressure — it’s simply a conversation about what you need and how we can support you.
