The cost of counseling services at Collaborative Counseling varies depending on the type of services and insurance.


Collaborative Counseling Services can help you with a wide range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, stress management, and more. Our therapists will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs and goals.


If you’ve experienced trauma, or ongoing emotional pain and are ready for change, therapy can be a meaningful step toward healing. You don’t have to have everything figured out — therapy is a space to explore, process, and grow at your own pace.


Yes. Your privacy and trust are essential. Everything shared in therapy is kept confidential, with a few legal exceptions (such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law). We take your confidentiality seriously and adhere to all professional ethical standards.


We accept most insurance plans. Please contact us to for more information. Self Paying cllients pay for sessions at the time of service. Clients may receive a receipt for potential reimbursement from their insurance provider. We’re happy to provide a superbill upon request to make the process easier. Specific session recommendations and investment are discussed during your consultation.

Yes. We offer a secure online sessions for your convenience. Virtual therapy can be especially helpful if you’re balancing work, family, or health concerns and prefer to meet from the comfort of your home.


The frequency of counseling sessions with Collaborative Counseling will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly, monthly or our intensive therapy program.


Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you have. You’ll also learn more about the therapy process and how we can best work together. There’s no pressure — it’s simply a conversation about what you need and how we can support you.
