I am an accredited Triple P Positive Parenting Provider, and I have also completed Intensive Trauma training.

      My name is Julia. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in North Carolina who is passionate about helping people find deeper connections to themselves and others by addressing underlying trauma. I have experience working with people impacted by legal systems, people experiencing grief, people experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, and survivors of intimate partner and sexual violence.  I recognize an individual’s choice and experiences are a result of the environment and systems they’re raised within, and often advocacy is the foundation to build safe and trust-filled spaces. I work to tailor therapeutic approaches to the needs of the client, centering their strengths and emphasizing creative interventions to find restoration.
